A Feature-Rich Service with a Less Intuitive Interface
I was able to create a website, booking system, and an app for my clients in just two days using Calendesk. The extensive list of features outweighs any drawbacks. The service combines all the features I need such as convenient online booking, a calendar on my phone and laptop, the ability to customize services for my business area, the ability to create a website and app, easy connection to online payments, and synchronization with Google calendar. However, the biggest disadvantage is the uncomfortable and non-obvious user interface. Although tech support is always available, I wish I could figure things out myself. Some issues are not even addressed in the FAQ, which is poorly written. For instance, when downloading the app and trying to access the admin area, it asks for the company ID, which is not available on the computer. After much searching, I realized it was simply the company name. I chose Calendesk because it had all the features I needed at a good price. The vendor responded to my queries promptly.

Expanding Possibilities with Calendesk: A Top-Notch App
I am currently transitioning to Calendesk and despite expecting some adjustments, the initial setup was straightforward. The product is user-friendly and intuitive to set up. I find the pricing attractive as other platforms charge for additional users. It comes with Android and iOS apps and the ability to set up SMS reminders, which are vital for my business. The setup of GDPR/RODO was also simple. The support team is very responsive. There are some issues as the software is still developing, but they are quickly resolved through online chat with support. However, the only integrated payment system is Stripe and the Android app doesn't display client names at first glance, which is slightly inconvenient for my team. I chose Calendesk mainly for its cost-effectiveness and the ability to add new users without extra charges. The vendor responded to my feedback in February 2022, expressing their appreciation and intention to share it with their team.
