Upgrading from HV 2 to HV3: A Review
I upgraded from HV 2 to HV3 and the process was handled very well. I'm very pleased with the new unit as it works as described. It just needs the Octopus Integration to be perfect. I understand that the new hardware should ultimately allow that. The customer service was really good.

I'm reviewing two aspects of Hypervault. Firstly, their customer service was excellent. After submitting a query, I received a very quick response with the exact information I needed to resolve my issue. Secondly, I've had the Hypervolt charging unit for 18 months and it has performed perfectly. Initially, it was a difficult purchase decision as I knew very little about it. However, after reading positive reviews and high praise for their customer service, I realized I made a good decision.

Never Too Much Effort
The last review I gave was on Oct 22. I changed my internet supplier and got a new router, which initially caused some connection problems. However, Hypervault's help desk quickly resolved these issues. I'm amazed by the level of support they provide. Their service is fantastic.

Premium Product with Exceptional Customer Service
I've had my charger for 18 months now and it's been excellent overall. The WiFi could be stronger, but that's a minor issue. I haven't had any problems with the software, even during beta testing. The usage reports and graphs are useful for tracking usage. I had my first issue last week when the charger tripped the consumer unit. I contacted support on Friday and Adam arranged for the original engineer to return on Monday to resolve the issue, which has been fixed. The customer service was outstanding and they quickly got me back up and running. Overall, I highly recommend it and have already recommended it to a few people.

Hypervolt Home 3 Pro is Top-Notch.
I purchased a Hypervolt Home 3 Pro at the end of November and installed it on December 11th. On the first night, I tested the scheduled charging and noticed I was only getting a 1.5kwh charging speed. The next day, I experimented with the app and found that even though it showed a max current limit of 32A, when I adjusted this to 24A, I was able to get a 5kwh charging speed. When I put the setting back up to 32A, I started getting the expected 7kwh speed. The app is easy to navigate and use. I contacted the customer service team the same day to confirm that my warranty had been registered. They were able to confirm this by checking the serial number. So far, everything is going well and I hope to have this device working well for many years to come.
