Game-Changing Software: Legalstart
I love the product. I appreciate that Zola Suite is cloud-based, allowing me to manage my firm from anywhere in the world. I also value the integration between Zola Suite and Outlook for calendar management, Zoom for coordinating meetings with clients, courts, and opposing counsel, and LawPay for simplifying the collection process. I'm currently exploring the new CRM features. Zola Suite is a cutting-edge software platform that is constantly growing and improving. There are certain features I enjoyed with my previous practice management program that Zola has yet to implement. However, I have suggested these improvements and am optimistic they will be implemented soon. I switched to CARET Legal because of the NetDocuments integration, superior calendaring features, the CRM features, and the LawPay integration. I appreciate the vendor's response and thank them for their time.

Unsteady and sluggish, yet user-friendly with abundant features
I was disappointed when Zola was bought by another company and rebranded as CaRET, as it became a complete mess and simply doesn't function. The salespeople constantly try to upsell their credit card processing services and new subscription plans. The email on the desktop software or mobile app hasn't been functioning for over a week! The customer service is unhelpful, only sending generic messages asking me to perform various steps, none of which work. They've ruined a good practice management program. I won't renew and I don't recommend it to anyone who values their practice and profitability. Despite being easy to navigate and intuitive with many features and functions like bi-directional email integration, trust accounting, CRM, billing, time tracking, etc., the program is very slow and takes time to perform most tasks. It restricts the number of credit cards I can sync with my bank, limits the billing/bulk options under certain plans, and the accounting module is very basic and outdated.

Unparalleled Legal Practice Software with Unique, Essential Features
After conducting extensive research and trying out various practice management software at different firms, I chose to use ZolaSuite when I launched my own firm. I have never regretted this decision and have been a satisfied customer for over two years now. The standout features of ZolaSuite for my firm include its integration with Google Business for email, comprehensive accounting with three-way reconciliation, timekeeping and billing features, and integration with law firm specific merchant services. I have tried Clio, which might be its closest competitor, but ZolaSuite outperforms their software. However, I believe the color scheme for read/unread emails in the Gmail integration could be improved with different colors for easier distinction. I chose ZolaSuite over Clio because it is superior in many ways and is the only practice management software with full law firm accounting. I appreciate the vendor's response and thank them for their time.

CLARITY AND CONCISENESS.
I had to shut down my business and required the services of Legalstart. They had a highly professional team and all necessary notifications/requests were handled promptly and efficiently. Despite some difficulties that prevented me from sending the required documents for a considerable period, they consistently reminded me and made my task easier. They also advised me on how to close the accounts myself, which I was able to do with their assistance, saving a significant amount of money. Their service was extremely professional. I'm truly grateful and have already recommended them to a few others.
