Started Strong, Ended in Disappointment
I used Brex as my main business bank account for over a year and initially, I was very satisfied. However, one day I found that my Mobile Deposit and ACH transfers were disabled. I reached out to customer support, but they didn't explain why, only apologized and promised to follow up with an email. After waiting a week for the email, I contacted them again and was given a date when the services would be reinstated. However, this didn't happen. When I contacted them again, I was told it wouldn't be reinstated and there was a slim chance it would ever be. I decided to close my account as it was useless to me without the ability to fund it. I haven't heard from Brex since. Despite its convenience and its help in building my business credit, the poor customer support and company policies have left a bad impression. I initially switched to Brex because of its benefits, but the experience has been disappointing.

Brex immediately set up an account for my company. My team and I appreciate the ease of scheduling payments, creating cards, and the fantastic Brex perks. However, the payment creation UI can be slightly glitchy when using the CMD + F feature for detail verification through browser search. We opted for Brex as Mercury was taking too long to review our account opening.

Burned by the Brex/PayPal deal
I had a negative experience with the Brex/PayPal offer like many other users. There was no resolution despite meeting the offer requirements. Brex blamed PayPal and vice versa, leaving me, the middleman, in a difficult situation. However, as of July 3, 221, Brex has finally resolved the issue with PayPal and awarded the points earned.
