I've been utilizing Contractbook for more than a year and find it extremely user-friendly. The templates make it simple to create our own terms, conditions, and new agreements. The easy signature feature eliminates the need for constant emails or printing. I especially appreciate the ability to create my own legal documents and the straightforward signature process. There was a minor issue with PDF uploads, but it was promptly fixed and easily forgotten. Overall, I'm very thankful for this efficient solution.

I use Contractbook for various purposes such as employment contracts, sales deals, and ownership documents. There are no restrictions on what I can do with this product. I appreciate the thoughtful design of the product, which considers not just the signing process, but also the entire management aspect. The pricing is the best I've encountered in this field for a long time. I use it for all kinds of contracts. There's not much to criticize, although I would appreciate the ability to create better pricing tables for a more sales-oriented display. However, this hasn't impacted the conversion rate so far, so I don't consider it a pressing issue.

Contractbook fits all our signature processes like HR, Finance, GDPR, and Sales. It lets us keep all our contracts in one location and greatly speeds up our sales process. However, we wish we could send our contracts from our email setup and that the quoting process was smoother and more visually pleasing. We selected Contractbook because it could address several issues such as HR, Sales, and Finance, and it offered Danish templates.

I find it very easy to organize my contracts with Contractbook. I appreciate the automated alerts that notify me when it's time to sign and when all parties have signed the contract. I don't need to follow up with anyone as Contractbook handles it all. It also syncs with HubSpot, ensuring all contract data is available in the CRM for those who need it.
