Seeking Reliable Software? My Review on Digital-Ocean

I've been looking for a reliable platform and found DigitalOcean, which has a satisfied user base. I tried it and despite some initial issues, their prompt assistance resolved my problems. I'm currently trying to make a purchase and create a new account, but I'm facing payment issues. If they can fix this, I plan to be a long-term DigitalOcean member. It's user-friendly and reasonably priced.

      Appalling Service at Digital Ocean

I'm extremely dissatisfied with the support from Digital Ocean. I'm not receiving the 6-pin 2FA code and am locked out of my account. Despite my attempts to contact support, they are not responding to any emails or tickets. I'm frustrated that they don't offer any type of support to their customers. I strongly recommend choosing another service provider.

Dismal Experience with DigitalOcean: Data Loss and Unreachable Platform

I am unhappy with Digital Ocean. Even though it has a good user interface, it's not enough. I lost several days of data after upgrading my managed database and the networking isn't working, making my platform inaccessible. There's been no solution for two days.

Effortless Infrastructure Building with Intuitive Tools

I am extremely pleased with DigitalOcean. I initially used it for a small side project, but now I manage a server for an API, another for a frontend app, and a managed DB that the API draws from. The process of connecting these was simple, as was linking my domains to different servers. I value DigitalOcean's affordability, which allowed me to experiment without the stress of making a profit. The user interface is outstanding, allowing me to carry out all tasks in the browser without using CLI. The API is similar to Amazon S3, and the pricing is very fair. I also appreciate the CDN for quick global delivery, the transparent billing, and the ability to create an image of my server to save costs. The one-click feature to set up a provisioned Ubuntu droplet, LAMP stack, or preconfigured server images is particularly handy. Other features I enjoy include the floating IPs, domain management, easy server resizing, and the abundance of Q&A resources. There are occasional UI.
