This CRM is a Valuable Time-Saving Partner
I use Flowlu to assign tasks to my team, allowing them to track everything and ensure timely project delivery. I also use it to generate invoices that I can easily send to my clients with a single click. Flowlu is a useful tool for small and medium-sized businesses, helping to structure internal work and allowing different users to monitor various tasks in a synchronized and updated way. Its CRM is well-organized and integrates with many tools, making finding a contact quick and easy. I find its invoicing and invoice creation system very practical, solving most issues and saving a lot of time. The tutorials are comprehensive. I haven't encountered any specific problems. Paradoxically, the only potentially confusing aspect could be the vast array of tools it offers, but this is undoubtedly a positive feature.

One Year Subscription Squandered.
We sadly shut down our business and requested to cancel our Flowlu subscription on the renewal day. After over a week, we were informed that cancellation wasn't possible, resulting in a wasted one-year subscription. Beware!

Functional Flowlu, But Caution Needed!
My experience with Flowlu was functionally excellent, but ethically and customer service-wise, it fell short. My membership was auto-renewed without prior notification, and when I reached out to Flowlu, they declined to refund me. When I inquired if I had agreed to auto-renewals during sign-up, their customer service stopped replying to my emails. I warn others about their auto-renewal policy and their refusal to reverse unauthorized charges. The software itself was highly efficient and user-friendly, but be wary of auto-renewal without clear consent.

I've tried a clunky CRM system before, but Flowlu is far superior. It allows me to send invoices with clickable pay buttons linked to my Stripe account. It also helps me keep my business team organized, integrate my email, and manage my customer base. From creating mind maps to maintaining complete control over every aspect of a project, such as timing and expenses, Flowlu is excellent. The onboarding process is great and the customer service is friendly. I highly recommend Flowlu as a fantastic business tool.

I've tried numerous CRM, ERP, and other software over the past decade to manage my company, and I'm thrilled to have discovered Flowlu. It offers a nearly all-in-one solution for company management and is highly customizable, allowing for a near white label platform. The development team is fantastic, adding new features monthly, and they maintain an open roadmap for users to vote on or propose new features. Since using Flowlu, I've saved a significant amount of money by cancelling other software subscriptions, as Flowlu offers a wide range of features including task management, CRM, project management, finance, process automation, file storage, calendar, custom fields and lists, knowledge base, mind maps, emails, and a client portal. The only downside is that the finance feature isn't fully compatible with French accounting obligations, but they're already working on a French language version.

I've been using Flowlu for a while now and I must say, it's been quite a journey. They've recently added new features that don't require 3rd-party expenses, which is a great move. Although these features were removed from the lower tiers, they've provided an option to access them through a monthly subscription. While I personally don't use these features much, I appreciate the flexibility they offer.Flowlu's user interface may seem a bit complex at first, but once you get the hang of it, it's quite intuitive. The user experience is something they're constantly working on, and I'm excited to see what improvements they'll bring in the future. They've been adding more features, which shows their commitment to providing a comprehensive software solution.The software is packed with features, which can be overwhelming at times, but it's also a testament to its versatility. Yes, it can be slow sometimes, but I believe it's a small price to pay for the functionality it offers. I've been a supporter of Flowlu and continue to be one, despite the occasional hiccups.One thing I noticed recently is that the new limitations for lower tiers aren't clearly mentioned on the Flowlu/Appsumo Last Call page. I think it's important for potential users to be aware of this. However, I also noticed that they've updated the Flowlu pricing/tier/features section on their website, which shows their transparency.They've also introduced 6 new Appsumo tiers in the backend of Flowlu, each with different features. This gives users more options to choose from, depending on their needs. While the professional plan may have fewer features than before, I believe it's still a great deal considering the overall value Flowlu offers. In conclusion, Flowlu is a robust software solution that's constantly evolving. It may have its flaws, but its strengths far outweigh them. I'm looking forward to seeing how

FlowLu is absolutely fantastic and I give it a 1,000% awesomeness rating. I found it easy to understand from the start and its UI/UX is superior to anything else I've tried, including Plutio. I love everything about FlowLu! They've really thought things through and their future looks promising. I was impressed when I looked at their roadmap. They offer a free trial period, which I highly recommend. Currently, FlowLu uses kanban process type charts, which are fine, but I personally prefer the BeesBusy style and functionality of a gantt swim lane style for project management. I hope FlowLu considers adding a superior gantt style project management swim lane. I switched to FlowLu because Plutio kept crashing and accidentally deleting people's templates and contacts.

I've been on the hunt for a comprehensive product for some time. If you're like me and don't want to juggle project management, CRM, budgeting, product development, and time sheet management across different apps, then Flowlu is the one to go for. I've tested numerous project management software before finally choosing Flowlu. It has all the essential tools to run your business, delivers on its promises, and is feature-rich. The updates have been regular and the support has been satisfactory so far, with all my questions being answered. I've stacked 6 codes in the hope of sticking with them for a long time. It has multiple features, CRM, project management, and timesheet. The user interface could be a bit more modern and upgraded. It needs a one-click feature to enable or disable for organization types, which could help users set up faster. I switched to Flowlu because its hosted cloud version didn't require me to set up and maintain it on my own.
