I am extremely satisfied with the customer service provided by the staff. They are always prompt in their responses and eager to help resolve my issues. I value the software's ease of use, the customer point tracking feature, and the outstanding customer service. However, I hope for more options for our tiered customers in the future, beyond just a point multiplier. In response to my feedback, the vendor assured me that Kangaroo's Tier program has a lot of versatility and capacity. They clarified that the Point Multiplier is just one of many ways to create exclusive offers and rewards for each tier. They also pointed out that every targeted offer I create in Kangaroo can be exclusive to a specific Tier and that Kangaroo's powerful marketing segmentation offers many possibilities. They encouraged me to contact the dedicated customer success team for more detailed information. I am thankful for their ongoing support and trust in managing my business.

I had deactivated some devices and there was a slight misunderstanding about my subscription status. I was unimpressed with the Kangaroo software as it was not user-friendly and did not perform as advertised. I also experienced poor customer service. The vendor responded, expressing regret that the software did not meet my expectations. They clarified that their platform is primarily designed for traditional retail, service, restaurant, or wholesaler environments and may not be suitable for non-traditional retail models. They thanked me for giving their support team the opportunity to assist me and wished me luck in finding a more suitable solution for my business.

Kangaroo Rewards has been key in this, integrating seamlessly with my Lightspeed POS system. It's straightforward and customizable, letting me decide how my customers earn rewards. It also features automatic campaigns for at-risk customers, reminding them to continue shopping with me. I value the support from the company, they are always open to improvements and feedback. I am one of the top 5 users of Kangaroo Rewards in my franchise and it's been a great experience. However, I did have issues with the layout of the administrator's website, finding it hard to navigate. Some of the FAQs were also down for a while. But at a conference, Kangaroo Rewards assured me that an update addressing these concerns is coming soon. I switched to Kangaroo.

One feature that really stands out to me is their auto-renewal subscription service. It's so convenient not having to worry about manually renewing my subscription every time. Their chat service is always available, and while it doesn't handle subscription cancellations, it's been a great resource for other queries. The app is user-friendly and easy to navigate, although it doesn't currently support subscription cancellations. Their phone customer service is often busy, which is understandable given the quality of their products. They offer a voicemail service for when they're unable to answer, which I find very considerate. I've left a message and am eagerly awaiting their callback. I'm thrilled to be using Kangaroo security, it's been quite an experience!
