      This summer, I needed to hire someone for my small business and was inundated with applications for a remote position I advertised. Willo enabled me to interview my top candidates at my own speed, without the stress of scheduling. I appreciated the opportunity to test the software for free before needing to give my credit card details. The software is straightforward and the user interface is minimalist, helping me to achieve my objectives much quicker than any other method I had contemplated. However, I wish I could toggle between candidates without constantly having to go back to the main menu. I selected Willo for its cost-effectiveness, simplicity, and outstanding customer service.

      Efficient Tool for Streamlining Recruitment Process

      I found Willo to be excellent. The team, especially a certain individual, was very helpful during the setup stage and was readily available for assistance via the site's instant messenger. The software is user-friendly and customizable, allowing us to brand it to suit our company. However, I believe it would be beneficial to be able to extract scores and comments into an Excel sheet for easier comparison, as currently, you have to revisit the candidate's profile or manually input scores and comments into your own spreadsheet. I chose Willo because of its rolling contract, which didn't require us to commit to a yearly subscription when we only needed it for two months during a large recruitment campaign for graduates. The simplicity of the software and the helpfulness of the team were also deciding factors.

      Willo Needs to Return to Walsall

      I believe they should reintroduce Wilko in Walsall. Wilko was excellent and provided pet food for our pets. Now, it's only possible to order online. I personally think Wilko offers good quality products.
