Excellent for Implementing [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]'s Deep Dive Survey Strategy

I use Alchemer, previously known as Survey Gizmo, to execute my deep dive survey strategy. It enables me to do this swiftly and effortlessly, and my overall experience has been positive. What I value most about Alchemer is its adaptability - it allows me to create any kind of survey I need, no matter how complex. I can then export the data exactly as I need it. This allows me to implement my deep dive survey strategy, collect responses from Facebook ad traffic, and export the data to Excel in the correct format for analysis. I don't have many criticisms about this software, but I believe they could enhance it by adding more templates. Overall, it's a robust platform.

      Alchemer: Sturdy and Budget-Friendly

Alchemer, previously known as Survey Gizmo, is a highly competent survey research platform. It offers features like conjoint capability, video dial-testing, image heat maps, and timed questions. I also find its annual subscription license to be about 6% cheaper than similar tiers from Qualtrics, Decipher, and QuestionPro.

      Superior Survey Solution: Alchemer

I use Alchemer as my secondary survey software, particularly for offline surveys. I value its high customizability, wide variety of question types, and the integrated analysis and reporting tool that allows for customization and easy sharing with clients via a link. However, it is quite expensive and its free version is missing many features. I also wish there was a more efficient way for respondents to log in.

Outstanding SAAS Tool for Continuous Customer Feedback

At Unbounce, we prioritize customer-driven initiatives, constantly monitoring customer feedback and satisfaction levels. I initially used Alchemer, formerly known as Survey Gizmo, to send a one-time survey to our customers. The process was straightforward and the support team was outstanding, setting a high standard for our own support team. The surveys we conduct through Alchemer provide valuable insights to our product team about product requests and UX issues. They also guide our customer success team in creating relevant content and improving customer support. Additionally, they offer visibility into various KPIs we use to evaluate our team's performance. We now send multiple surveys to our customers at specific milestones in their lifecycle, and the feedback we receive is invaluable. Alchemer is user-friendly, offers excellent customer support, and integrates well with third-party tools like Google Spreadsheets and email notifications. The only minor issue I have encountered is...

Unyielding and Exorbitant: A Tale of Alchemer's Customer Service

I learned about various functions of a survey provider through Alchemer and how they can be creatively used to create quizzes and surveys. Some features were unique to Alchemer at the time, but this is quickly changing with several other excellent providers now offering similar features. Over the past 5+ years, I had to pay Alchemer to host 2 surveys with light traffic, essentially as storage, due to their lack of transparency about downgrade and storage policies. The features I needed, like advanced quizzes and calculations, were only available on their platform. I repeatedly asked about downgrading to a lower plan as I wasn't actively using the platform but didn't want to lose my data and work. Their responses were vague, despite knowing they were profiting from my monthly payments just to store a few MB of data.

Support Structure Changes Result in Terrible Customer Service. Beware!

The Alchemer survey interface is quite intuitive and offers a wide range of features, which I appreciate even though I don't use them all. However, over the past six months, I've been disappointed with their service. Their support team seems to avoid giving timelines for responses, not even for resolving issues, just for getting back to me. They tried to quadruple our prices with less than two months' notice, without offering any additional features or benefits that we would find useful. When we asked for a more reasonable feature package that aligns with our pricing, we were told that we 'no longer fit their infrastructure'. They've also had product rollouts that have been disastrous, even causing an outage that I had to learn about from my clients instead of them. When we finally got them on the phone, they told us they can't quality check everything because they update their product five times a day, suggesting their platform is far from stable.
