BigTime's Dashboard is Exceptional
BigTime offers a fantastic dashboard that allows me to monitor multiple jobs simultaneously and track our hours against our budgets. It also has a good, simple, and fast hours/time tracking input format. This software is beneficial for our architecture office. Tyler G. assisted us in understanding some bulk commands, which saved us a lot of time. The customer support is excellent and responsive.

Why I Held Back the 5th Star
The only reason I didn't rate BigTime with 5 stars is due to the app's current performance issues. As the firm's BT admin, I receive numerous inquiries from our staff about it. However, I must commend Nate H. from BT for his exceptional assistance and prompt responses to my questions today. He resolved a few problems that I couldn't solve myself. I'm grateful for the BT support team's help.

It enables our employees to record their time and expenses, which managers can then review before sending to clients for billing. The ability to log time and expenses from any device, including desktops, laptops, or mobile phones, is a significant advantage. We use BigTime for time tracking, expense management, and invoice dispatching. We also use QuickBooks as our main accounting software, and BigTime syncs with it throughout the day to keep both systems updated. Best Decision Our Company Ever Made
Since I switched to BigTime, I've realized how much time I was wasting using spreadsheets, outdated time tracking software, and different project management tools for each project. Now, I'm saving time and avoiding endless headaches. Before BigTime, my organization used a mix of systems to track time, expenses, and invoice. Consolidating all these into one place has saved us over 40 man-hours a month. The customer service is also excellent. Our implementation specialist is very easy to work with and extremely knowledgeable. Coming from a jumble of different tools and consolidating into one simple, easy-to-use tool, it's hard for me to suggest any improvements at this point. The cost was a significant factor in choosing BigTime, but the simplicity was the real reason.
