Paymo: Growing, Evolving, and Expanding with Our Business Needs
I absolutely adore everything about Paymo! It's not just a time tracking tool, it also manages projects, clients, invoicing, estimation, integrates with Zapier, schedules, assigns team tasks and so much more. The time tracking feature is flawlessly integrated into our designer workflow, allowing us to calculate the actual time spent on a job. This helps our clients understand where their money is being spent and allows us to identify areas where we need to increase project costs, usually with customer correspondence. We've been using Paymo for over 10 years and were slightly disappointed when they started charging for features like Gantt Charts. We've always appreciated the comprehensive service Paymo offers, so it was a bit of a setback when certain features were put behind a paywall. We chose Paymo because it excels in time tracking and project management. We've added Slack and Trello to our toolkit, but Paymo remains the most cost-effective way to manage our day-to-day operations.

I think Paymo is fantastic. I've tested numerous other software, but none are as simple to use as this one. I truly adore it. It's user-friendly and the time tracking feature is extremely beneficial for all employees. I also like the way projects are organized. However, I'm uncertain how it would operate if we established numerous projects. I switched to Paymo because it's easy to use for all roles.

At Last, I've Found the Perfect Tool!
I have been using project management software for years, both for personal and professional purposes, and I have found Paymo to be the ideal tool for my small business as a marketing coach and online entrepreneur. I value the fact that Paymo is continuously enhancing its software and that new features are carefully integrated. I am currently using Paymo as a single user and I appreciate its cost sensitivity for individual users. One feature I particularly admire is the ability to view all projects on a single Kanban board. Other features I find beneficial include time-tracking, flexible viewing options, and the user-friendly Gantt chart. I use the in-app timer daily and find the visual representation of my time very useful. However, I do wish there was a method to invite collaborators or reviewers like in Asana. At present, there's no way to do this without paying for another user. Also, the name 'Paymo' can be misleading as people often assume it's a financial tool, not a project management tool.

Paymo: Streamlining Project Coordination and Task Management
I have complete control over all of my projects, both active and dormant, which allows me to deliver only the highest quality results to my clients. The Time-Tracking feature of Paymo is what ultimately led me to choose it. With Paymo, I can easily keep track of my time spent on each client's and each project's work, and generate time reports. When necessary, I can send out invoices that can be paid with PayPal, regardless of whether the customer is a registered Paypal user or not. However, I wish there were more visual formatting options for estimates and invoices. As a designer, I pay close attention to detail, and I'd appreciate it if my bills and estimates reflected that. I switched to Paymo because its design is straightforward and simple to use. It's easy to make changes to quotes and submit invoices. Since I work in the creative industry, it's crucial that I spend as little time as possible on mundane administrative activities like making payments, and Paymo has helped me with that.
