I value its simplicity in creating a folder and sharing it with multiple people at once. It's also convenient to set this up from my Control Panel files on my phone, allowing me to drag and drop files from my stored folders into a Dropbox database. My organization uses Dropbox, and the business account offers plenty of storage for all our documents in one secure location. While it may not be as intricate as Google Drive or other online storage systems, Dropbox Business may lack some of their features but still accomplishes the task. When many people share content across channels, it can become cluttered. I switched to Dropbox Business because Google Drive seemed too complex for sharing files with my colleagues.
