Outstanding Survey Solution!
I find FormAssembly to be a fantastic tool that I use for designing, building, and sending surveys to customers. It can connect with CRM software for automatic sending and recording of responses, and it also has reporting capabilities, allowing me to see metrics on each question/response, response rate, etc. I appreciate FormAssembly's user interface - it's very easy to design a survey and connect with Salesforce from a back-end perspective. There are many types of question formats to choose from and validation rules to ensure correct information input by the end-user. However, after setting up the connection with Salesforce, my client found it difficult to edit form fields - they ended up breaking some things. The complexity could be reduced to make it more user-friendly. We switched to FormAssembly due to its interface and price. I appreciate the feedback, Laine, and the vendor responded in June 2021.

Top Choice for Salesforce-Compatible Form Tool
FormAssembly is my go-to tool when I need to create a form that can transfer data into Salesforce. It offers excellent flexibility in how the data is transferred and even allows me to pull data from Salesforce to populate the form as it's being filled out. It's user-friendly and the support team is fantastic and quick to respond. The integration options with Salesforce are versatile, and I can prefill forms with data before they load. The documentation is comprehensive and there are numerous options for publishing forms. However, the error messages can sometimes be vague and don't provide enough information to troubleshoot. I'm grateful for the vendor's response and their service to my business.

Experience Smart Surveying with FormAssembly's Logic Feature!
I appreciate the Form logic options that Formassembly provides, allowing for skipping questions or sections based on respondent's answers. However, I'm not as impressed with the user interface compared to other form tools I've used, despite its functionality. The vendor responded to me, hoping that I've noticed the improvements they've made to their UI and form customization capabilities since my last review in June 2021.

I use FormAssembly for various tasks, including event registration and large-scale annual surveys. Its user-friendly integration with Salesforce has greatly cut down our data entry time. The software provides many features at a relatively low cost, allowing us to expand our survey operations affordably. However, the lack of customization in some text fields can make it difficult to achieve the exact look I want for the form. Despite this, I prefer FormAssembly over other products because of its superior features and easy Salesforce integration.

Powerful and Adaptable Form Creation Tool
As a nonprofit, we heavily rely on volunteers for various initiatives throughout the year. Prior to using FormAssembly, we depended on paper-based or email-based registrations, which we then had to manually transcribe into our CRM system, consuming a lot of time. FormAssembly has enabled us to move all these forms and processes online, with form data directly stored in our CRM, allowing us to focus on more crucial tasks. The software is user-friendly, making it easy to create forms either as standalone solutions or integrated via Connectors to Salesforce.com. The customer service is quick to respond and very knowledgeable. However, depending on the use case, Connectors can be quite complex and not easy for a beginner to understand, even when looking at existing forms. We appreciated the vendor's response to our review in November 2019.
