Inundated with Unwanted Emails
Please note: I've updated this review after investigating with GetResponse, and have changed my rating from 1 to 5, as it appears they were not to blame. I was constantly receiving spam emails from this company, despite never signing up for their mailing list and finding no way to unsubscribe. This was extremely frustrating, especially when waiting for important emails. I was so annoyed that I vowed never to purchase anything from anyone who advertises with them and advised others to do the same. However, after communicating with GetResponse, it turns out the spam emails were not sent by them, but by a company imitating their brand. I apologize for my previous review, which was undeserved. They are currently investigating the imposter. I've also updated my rating, as the company addressed this issue promptly and was not at fault.
