    Potent and Handy Tool, Yet Needs Some Polishing

    I have been using Hubspot almost daily for over two years. It's generally easy to use once you understand it, despite some occasional quirks. There are times when it malfunctions and connections break, but there are many experts who can easily fix these issues. When it works well, it's an amazing tool and worth the cost. I especially value the high level of customization it provides, allowing me to adjust nearly every aspect to my organization's needs. It's mostly intuitive to use and centralizes most business functions on a single dashboard. However, the platform can sometimes be glitchy, with minor bugs such as names switching, corruption of phone numbers, files, titles, and occasional brief outages. These issues aren't major inconveniences, but they can add up if not addressed immediately, potentially leading to a slightly skewed database. The system isn't independently intelligent and doesn't recognize slight variances or duplicates, making most tasks manual. I chose HubSpot.
