Solid Choice with Room for Improvement
Overall, I'm quite satisfied with nTask. There are a few minor things I would change, but it has significantly improved our organization's ability to stay organized and track task progress. I value the ease of creating new tasks and categorizing them, and I appreciate the notifications sent whenever a task is modified or a comment is added. However, there are a few glitches I don't like. For example, I can't simply cut and paste images into a task's description or comments. It's somewhat tedious to save a screenshot and then upload it each time. Also, if I try to use the built-in spell check when entering comments, the comment gets erased. This also happens if I switch to a different window and then return. Anything I've typed gets erased. I also wish there was a setting that would sync the Board view order for all users. We wanted to use this to prioritize tasks, but each user sees their own board. We chose nTask because we liked its simplicity and available features.

Streamlining Team Tasks with nTask
I've found nTask to be incredibly helpful in organizing monthly projects with my team. I value the ability to create checklists, which keep us informed about our progress on each project. The comments feature for each task has greatly enhanced our communication. Whenever I've reached out to support with questions, they've responded quickly with solutions. Their support team is outstanding, friendly, and always ready to help. I'm pleased I found nTask as it has significantly aided me in managing my projects and feeling more organized. It's user-friendly, easy to set up, and perfect for creating checklists and to-dos for teams. Creating a task only takes a few minutes. However, I don't like that the calendar view starts on Monday and can't be changed to start on Sunday. I also wish there was an option to customize colors for each task in the calendar view based on the project type.
