CRM Falls Short in ONLYOFFICE Workspace
I think ONLYOFFICE Workspace's office suite could possibly replace Microsoft Office. However, I feel their CRM is subpar and their customer service is nearly ineffective. I didn't go for ONLYOFFICE Workspace, but chose Salesforce instead, as I view OnlyOffice as below standard.

Effortless Document Management with OnlyOffice-Workspace
I find onlyoffice-workspace to be a handy tool for writing reports, offering easy access on my phone and simple image integration. I value the ability to send documents to non-users who can then effortlessly download the software and access the documents. Typing and editing documents is straightforward, and I can even edit documents from other software. If my machine turns off, I can resume my work on my document from my mobile phone. It supports other formats and syncing calendars is easy. However, I find that Docs and Sheets lack a variety of features. I also can't collaborate on the same document with other users in real time, and the setup process is quite challenging.

Wishing to Love ONLYOFFICE
I was really hoping to like ONLYOFFICE, but after using it for a few days, I've experienced multiple crashes. The document I'm working on just vanishes and a notification prompts me to use save as... to back up the document. However, the save as... function doesn't work during these crashes. The most recent crash happened while I was working on an important college paper, causing me to lose hours of work. Based on some forum posts, this isn't a new issue. While it's a great word processor when it works, I prefer something reliable and safe over something that's buggy and risky. So, beware of ONLYOFFICE!

I used ONLYOFFICE while attending university, where it was used for the email portal among other things. Generally, it handled these tasks efficiently and effortlessly. Now that I've graduated, I'm open to using it again in the future, possibly to explore its other features. I appreciated its accessibility across various platforms and its smart, efficient interface that didn't interfere with its functionality. I rarely had to think about how I was accessing my work or emails. However, the app I used on my phone only linked to the login portal for my university email account, which meant I often had to manually enter my details to access my emails. It seemed like the integration between the software was limited, as I could have saved some effort if I didn't have to type in my address and password each time.

Great Software! Poor Sales Team.
I have purchased multiple licenses from onlyoffice-workspace several times due to the volume of users. However, after 2 years of use, no one is willing to sell us the license again and no one is responding to our queries. Our licenses have expired and users are seeing license errors. I no longer have trust in their sales team.
