    Everything at No Cost

    I was in search of a tool for email tracking and categorizing emails based on conversations. I found Streak, which integrated every email from a customer into a single thread, a feature I found greatly advantageous, though it sometimes had its downsides. I had to pre-edit and then send emails to my customers. It was challenging to find a free tool, but Streak provided this service without any hidden costs. I can now easily track emails and send attachments via Streak. The best part is its integration with Gmail, allowing for easy classification. I particularly like the eye icon that turns green when an email is opened. I appreciate the ability to categorize data, but it does take up the entire Gmail interface. The user interface could be improved, as I often need to scroll to see how many opens have been made. I chose Streak because I was only looking at free tools due to budget constraints. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise and was suggested by a colleague. I switched to Streak to have a free CRM tool to track emails and integrate my customer.
