The admin team at Warmbox was impeccable. They were professional and supportive. The engineers who installed the boiler were courteous and completed the job promptly. They were amiable and neat. They left the house with a functioning boiler and there was no sign of work having been done in the house. Perfect!

I had a great experience with the company Warmbox. They were honest, reliable, and trustworthy from the start. Nicole, who managed my case, was amazing and kept me informed throughout the process. I had a systems boiler removed and a combi boiler added to my property. The boiler engineer, Chris Rutt, was kind, respectful, hardworking, and always punctual. The Team That Arrived Were Top-Notch
The team that arrived was friendly and respectful, and they were knowledgeable about their work. I can't recall the name of the main guy, but after completing the job, he informed me that the pressure in one of the pipes was low. He mentioned that someone had previously installed the wrong size pipe, and he didn't rest until he found it - a 15mm pipe had been used to connect two 22mm pipes. They cleaned up any mess they made before leaving. He definitely knew his job. If I were to rate them out of ten, I'd give them a 15. It was a pleasure having them in our home.

Warmbox Excellent Service
I had a truly great experience with Warmbox during a time of need. My boiler, which is the heart of my home, had failed. I filled out a questionnaire online and received a phone call shortly after to discuss and confirm the best package for me. I was given an installation date soon after. The gas safe plumber, Steve, and his helper arrived and immediately got to work. They were efficient, respectful, and did a great job. The pipe work they did was not only neat but also aesthetically pleasing. It was clear that Steve takes great pride in his work. Overall, I would recommend Warmbox to my family and friends for their great service from start to finish.
