Before using WISE, my company ran a manual warehouse. However, since integrating WISE and using barcoded inventory, we've become significantly more efficient, which has increased our revenue. The WISE system has streamlined our warehouse operations, resulting in almost no inventory discrepancies. We manage a $3.0m inventory that turns around 3-4 times a year. Since using WISE, we've also become a completely paperless operation. I honestly have no complaints about the software. From the first day, the team at Royal-4 has worked closely with us, adding numerous customizations to suit our business plan and needs. We chose WISE because it offered the best opportunity for customization to fit our needs, and it was much more affordable.

Wise Delivers on its Promises
Wise delivers exactly as promised. I frequently transfer my US pension to the UK and it arrives almost instantly. I've never faced any issues after using it for several years. It's much simpler and cheaper than using the bank system.

We've been able to decrease our product discrepancies through enhanced tracking of Inwards and Outwards. Our productivity in Staffing and Order management has notably improved. Our team is more motivated to finish their tasks, leading to superior customer service. This has made the warehousing part of our business more accountable for any identified issues. Our clients can verify their stock availability and movements anytime through a portal. It's live and updated instantly, so we're always aware of what's outstanding and what's been completed. However, some functionalities are not very clear.

I had an excellent experience this time, thanks to a supervisor who was exceptional in resolving my complex problem. The customer service generally needs improvement, but this experience overshadowed previous ones. I would give 1 stars if possible, highlighting the importance of good customer service and well-trained employees. The automated part of Wise is great, but it's us, the users, who communicate and whom Wise aims to satisfy.

We've collaborated for twelve years and their dedication has remained consistent. Before using Royal 4, our monthly physical inventories were filled with expensive discrepancies due to a lack of proper process and control system. Now, with WISE, we conduct a full warehouse inventory annually with no variances. The system prevents user errors on each transaction, protecting our operation at all levels. It also ensures proper supply replenishment by setting minimum and maximum levels for every item in our warehouse. An automated system sends daily notifications for items that fall below the minimum stock quantity, allowing us to initiate purchase orders.
