Software Removed Items from My Order Without Notification or Replacement Options
I ordered 3 perfumes due to a 5€ promotion on the 3rd perfume. However, after a few days, they informed me via email that one perfume was out of stock and they were sending me the remaining 2 perfumes without the promotion, without consulting me first. The perfume they removed was the only one I initially wanted to buy, and I had only added the other two because of the promotion. Another major issue is the 9€ delivery charge, which I find unreasonable to change orders without customer consent. I tried to address this issue with them, but they didn't see a problem with me paying another 9€ delivery fee for an item that was initially ordered then removed. I might have added a different size of the same perfume to my order, but they didn't contact me. My order number is 2111. EDIT: Thank you for your response. The refund of the delivery cost, once received, will help me purchase the perfume that was removed from my order.
