I believe that Bonusly is the best tool for team morale and team building that we have ever used. It's a fantastic platform for fostering team spirit and the customer service is top-notch once you manage to connect with them. The platform is user-friendly and a pleasure to use. However, it does have a few bugs and errors. The customer service can sometimes be slow to respond and the platform can occasionally be glitchy. I appreciate the vendor's response to my feedback and their eagerness to improve. They replied to my messages within 20 minutes and showed interest in understanding my expectations for response time and the bugs I pointed out. They encouraged me to provide any additional feedback.

I consider Bonusly a fantastic tool for real-time peer recognition. It values not only major achievements but also the small daily tasks that help colleagues. Bonusly was adaptable enough to cater to us when we were a small startup of just 12 people, unlike YouEarnedIt who said they don't accept companies with less than 100 employees. As we grow towards a 100-strong team, we plan to continue using Bonusly. It's simple to set up and use, integrates with Slack, provides statistics and reports, and offers a range of rewards, including custom ones. However, the rewards dashboard could be better and the delivery of custom rewards is manual. I primarily chose Bonusly for their customer support and their readiness to accommodate our company size. I value their openness to feedback and their dedication to enhancing their service.

We invest hundreds of dollars on SaaS apps per user, so adding $25 to enable employees to appreciate each other's efforts with a coffee, beer, or Amazon gift card is a smart move. Bonus.ly offers extra methods to reward our diligent engineers and support team. The need for each bonus to be hashtagged with one or more company values offers useful analytics on our top performers and alignment. It's concrete data that showcases team members' achievements throughout the year, which is beneficial during performance evaluations. Moreover, it practically operates itself, with users automatically added or removed based on HR status and Single Sign-On for Office 365 or Google, so no extra passwords to remember. My only regret is that we didn't start using it sooner.
