I'm really enjoying my experience with Copy.ai! They've got a chat feature that's super convenient for quick queries, and I love that I can also reach out via email for more detailed discussions. I've sent a few messages and emails and I'm eagerly awaiting their responses. I've also requested to join their official Facebook group, which I'm excited about because it seems like a great place to connect with other users and learn more about the software. One thing I appreciate about Copy.ai is their tiered pricing. I'm currently on the pro plan, and while there's a noticeable difference to the next higher plan, I see it as an opportunity to really maximize the features available to me now before considering an upgrade. I've noticed that some features mentioned in the tutorials aren't currently available in the product, but I'm optimistic that this means they're working on updates and improvements. Overall, I'm really impressed with Copy.ai. It's a fantastic product and I'm excited to see how it continues to evolve!

I absolutely adore Copy.ai. As a solo entrepreneur, it has been instrumental in helping me achieve my marketing objectives while juggling numerous other time-consuming tasks. It saves me several hours each week, particularly when I'm writing about complex subjects such as mortgages, insurance, and wills. The AI writing keeps my content fresh and provides different viewpoints. I'm lucky to have the now unavailable unlimited plan, allowing me to write or rewrite as much content as I need. There's not much I dislike about it, but if you're considering their new plans, you might need to consider how much content you need to produce. I'd also suggest watching their YouTube tutorials to make the most of your limits. I chose Copy.ai over other AI writers primarily for their freestyle tool, which allows me to generate any content I desire. I've even used it for birthday messages, fantasy character backgrounds, and condolence letters. There are very few limitations with this software.

I was initially taken aback by the charges, but upon contacting them, they provided comprehensive documents to clarify the situation. Their transparency and commitment to customer satisfaction is commendable. They are truly dedicated to their service!
