      Lifesaver Software Review

I've been using Done for around 2 years and it's been a lifesaver for managing my untreated, chronic ADHD. Despite some negative reviews, my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. My provider, Jessica, has been incredibly helpful, responsive, and empathetic. She is very knowledgeable about ADHD and provides excellent support.

An Unconventional Experience with DoneDone's Services and Promotions

I had an interesting experience with DoneDone. I decided to try their services in December, attracted by a $99 end-of-year promotion they were running. To my surprise, they charged me $2, but they also provided a virtual consultation, which was quite insightful. There was a brief period where my account was on hold for a week, but I took it as an opportunity to explore other features of the software. I had to reach out to them, and they got back to me within a reasonable time frame. They then texted me to say they couldn't assist me further and deactivated my account, which I took as a sign that they were prioritizing the quality of their services over quantity. When I emailed them about the overcharge, they responded after the new year and asked for proof of the promotion. I found this to be a fair request, as the promotion had already ended by then. I'm amazed at how such a company with such unique practices is still in operation. It's a testament to their resilience and commitment to their services.

Provider was Excellent, Service was Terrible

I rate my provider 5 stars for their good work, but the service from donedone is disappointing. They fail to relay my messages to the providers, causing delays in receiving important services. I've been a member for 8 months and it took 2 months to get a follow-up appointment. I've been trying to get a refill for my ADHD medication for the past 3 days, but my messages have been ignored. The service has been deteriorating and now I'm left without my medication. Despite paying high prices out of pocket, the level of service is unsatisfactory. I feel I would receive better help at a Medicaid free clinic. Waiting 3 days for my messages to be read is unacceptable. I'm very disappointed and advise others to consider other options. The company takes advantage of people with limited choices and charges high prices for poor service. It's also nearly impossible to reach anyone at the company outside the signup process. I found an Urgent Matters phone number that isn't even connected. The service is poor and not worth the high cost and stress. I strongly advise against signing up with them.
