      I've been using Exclaimer for three years and I'm very satisfied with it. It's incredibly easy to set up and manage, and the tech support is one of the best for cloud products that I use. There's also an add-in for displaying signatures in Outlook, which adds value to our organization. However, it can be expensive for organizations with thousands of users. One of the reasons I chose Exclaimer is because of the Outlook add-on that lets users see their signature when drafting an email, unlike other tools that only insert the signature when the email is relayed through Exchange.

I've called over six times, and each time, I've had the chance to listen to some great hold music for about 3 minutes before my calls drop. I've requested callbacks numerous times and sent five emails, all of which have given me the chance to practice my patience and persistence. I even sent a letter requesting support, and the anticipation of waiting for a response for two months has been quite thrilling. I would highly recommend this software for those who enjoy a good challenge!
