Initially, I had a bit of a hiccup with my yearly subscription, but it turned out to be a great opportunity to experience their customer service. I was charged twice, even after cancelling my free trial, but it was a simple misunderstanding. I reached out to them and while it took a bit of time for them to respond, they were very professional and understanding. They resolved my issue and I was able to see the value in their service. It's over $1, but considering the quality of the service, it's definitely worth it. I've learned to trust them and I would highly recommend giving WiseStamp a try!

I've been a user of Wisestamp for 3 years and I absolutely adore it. It's reliable and functions excellently. It provides me with a simple method to share my content and incorporate dynamic content into my email signature, such as my most recent blog posts or videos, updated calls to action, and marketing messages. This tool enables me to accomplish tasks that would otherwise be impossible. However, it can become expensive if you have a large team since you have to pay for each user. A team plan would be a fantastic addition. The vendor responded to my review and informed me that they do offer a team plan.

Terrible Customer Support Experience!
My experience with WiseStamp was terrible and frustrating. Although the website was user-friendly and had many features, the customer service was awful. I've been waiting for a response to my email for four days now. Moreover, when I integrated the signature into my Outlook Web App settings, there were large gaps between each line, making the signature take up more space than necessary. These problems were the main reasons why I switched to another provider. I tried Exclaimer for a few hours and didn't like it. They only allowed a 150KB file size for banners, which is not enough. Their website seemed outdated, stuck in the 90's, and as a result, their signature templates were very old school.
