Fibery seems to be an outstanding company. They are transparent about their operations and have firm views on the product's direction, but they are also open to feedback. Fibery acts as a great repository for all our company's policies, procedures, and knowledge about most of our processes. Its relational database has greatly simplified many of our previously scattered processes. We use it to track everything from our annual OKRs to vehicle assignments, insurance policies, and government tax account numbers for each legal entity we operate. Fibery is like a blank slate. While they offer some templates, onboarding users can be difficult. I wish they offered better support for certain task management features like recurring tasks, PDF export, and mobile apps. As a software developer and data engineer, I am extremely fond of the Fibery platform. It's a dream to use compared to other more limited alternatives. Its customizability is a standout feature - I can start with a blank canvas and build the software myself, including the relationships and data. The built-in B.I tool is excellent, even surpassing some full-fledged B.I tools in certain aspects. However, Fibery does lack some minor features that its competitors possess, but I understand this is likely due to their smaller team and focus on larger features. My main complaint is that I can't create templates of data fields, like "Priority" with 3 options each. I have to recreate it for every single database. I initially chose Fibery for its price, but I stayed for its speed and functionality. I switched from Clickup because it became unbearably slow and buggy, mainly due to loading and desync issues. I hope Fibery will soon add the feature to create templates of data fields.
