    1. Reliable System; Fewer Errors.

    I'm having issues with Freshworks as I can't upload images directly into the email body. Sometimes, emails sent through the CRM end up in spam. I also see other team members' deals on my dashboard, even though I don't have the rights to. However, it does help me plan and strategize my deals roadmap. I appreciate its forecasting capabilities and it's excellent for data management. I believe the inclusion of some AI/ML techniques would enhance the user experience.

    I'm experiencing numerous issues with the email function of Freshworks. Despite my efforts to maintain an updated customer database, the high turnover rate in my industry results in a higher than average email bounce rate. I often only discover a customer has left when an email bounces back, leading to constant struggles with the CRM over my high bounce rate.

    Programming against the FreshSales API is frustrating due to the lack of complete documentation. Contacting support is inconsistent and unhelpful. Despite its high cost, the CRM is disappointing. Compared to other CRMs like Dynamics CRM, SalesForce, and Monday, this has been the biggest waste of time and money.
