Overall, I find LeadSquared to be a comprehensive tool that meets all the needs of small to medium-sized businesses. It's especially beneficial for small teams aiming for quick results. The software is user-friendly and doesn't require any advanced coding skills to manage. The process of creating landing pages is simple, and I value the feature that allows certain modules to be visible or hidden on mobile without any coding. The customer support is outstanding, with the team responding promptly to customer inquiries. However, I find the integration with third-party tools to be somewhat limited. While all necessary reports like lead source and lead history are available, advanced-level reporting seems restricted. Despite this, I believe LeadSquared is adequate for SMBs. I chose LeadSquared for its ease of use and compatibility with our existing marketing stack. As our requirements grew, I switched to LeadSquared. I appreciate the team's responsiveness and their readiness to assist at support@leadsquared.com.
