      From the start, Chronogolf has impressed me with its competitive edge, fulfilling many of our requirements. Our experience has been so positive that we decided to integrate Lightspeed into all retail service points at our facility. After using other booking management systems for a few seasons, we had the chance to try Chronogolf, a comprehensive system that includes tee times management and a Point of Sale (POS) system. Being based in Quebec, we needed a multi-language software, which Chronogolf also offers. The demo version they provided was intuitive, enabling us to learn how to manage our golf course operations independently. The available tutorials and articles, along with real-time online support, have been incredibly beneficial. The system allows us to manage multiple prepaid rounds and packages, making it easy to see how many players have booked so we can plan our day. We offer many types of packages and it was challenging to track revenue and round usages on the tee sheet. However, Chronogolf has made this much easier.

      Best Choice of the Year: Switching to Lightspeed-Golf

      I've been using Chronogolf for several months now, having switched from a previous system. The main reason for this switch was Chronogolf's smaller size and superior support compared to our last provider. I've been impressed by how Chronogolf consistently keeps us updated with new features they're adding to the tee sheet and informs us about rare outages, especially after dealing with past outages and technical difficulties. The ability to access the tee sheet from anywhere has been incredibly convenient for me. With two lodges, two golf courses, and a reservations department all in separate locations, this tool is absolutely essential. It even allows our superintendents to access the tee sheet from their phones, keeping them updated with the level of play we're experiencing on any given day. Lastly, I appreciate that Chronogolf is open to adding features we need for our operation. As most of our play is high-end tourism, we require a lot of information for each booking.
