  • Difficulty in receipt management: Some users find it difficult to manage receipts, as employees often forget to upload their receipts or invoices, causing delays in account reconciliation.

      Accounting Challenges with PayHawk

I think PayHawk is a decent product, but it's difficult for us in Accounting because people often forget to upload their receipts or invoices. While it's user-friendly for most, it's not for accountants. We're always behind in reconciling the account due to the lack of uploaded documents. This makes me appreciate the traditional liquidation process more. I believe PayHawk needs to improve in this area.

      Solid Software Solution

I find Payhawk to be a pretty good solution, particularly for growing companies with needs in payments, invoicing, and bank transfers. Their OCR is the best I've seen, able to read data in various languages. Plus, the 3% cash-back feature is great, allowing companies to essentially get their monthly service for free.

Great Overall - Desire for Expense Report Bundling in Payhawk

I love the interface of Payhawk, especially how the form is structured with relevant fields for travel expenses and accommodations. However, I prefer the feature from Expensify that allows bundling related expenses into one report. It's a bit inconvenient to submit multiple expenses for all meals during a business trip and to demonstrate that I'm staying within the per diem.

      Good Tool, But Requires Enhancement

I appreciate the Payhawk tool, but find the status of submitted expenses unclear initially. The feature parity between desktop and mobile is lacking, with the status being even more unclear on mobile. The 'submit expenses' CTA on the dashboard is misleading as it suggests an action is required when it isn't, making me feel like I've missed a step.

      Impressive Payhawk Experience

I find Payhawk to be very user-friendly and it operates smoothly. However, sometimes updates cause glitches in some settings and invoices fail to go through our accounting software. I switched to Payhawk because it didn't have integrations with Netsuite at the time.

Experience being a Beta Tester for the App/Web UI

I feel like I'm a beta tester for Payhawk. The payments and virtual card work as expected, which is good. However, the user interface changes frequently and is inconsistent, making it difficult to track expenses and understand the next steps in the process. The mobile and web versions sometimes display different information, and the process can be hard to follow, especially when expenses are returned for editing or updating. Overall, the user experience is inconsistent and shaky. I'm giving it 3 stars because the payments work.

      Quick, Supportive, and Time-Efficient.

The speed and helpfulness of Payhawk is impressive. I've used many payment services before, but none have responded as quickly as this. Eleonora patiently answered all my complex questions, leaving no doubts in my mind. I highly recommend this service, especially if you're not an Estonian resident but have a company there. It saves time and helps you get an Estonian IBAN.

      Luke S.'s Insights on Payhawk

I use Payhawk, a software that gathers receipts and issues debit cards. However, I noticed that when claiming per diems, if a specific address rather than a city is used, it defaults to a generic UK rate instead of the specific city rate. I chose Payhawk because it has all the features we need.

An Enthusiastic Review of Payhawk: A Groundbreaking Payment Solution

I wholeheartedly recommend signing up for Payhawk! It's an innovative software that's constantly evolving and feels like a cutting-edge solution. After two weeks of exploring the platform, we found that they had creatively presented their solutions. Their support team is always eager to learn more about payments and open-banking. When we had a query about a top-up, they asked for receipts to ensure the payment made via an API was secure, which was impressive. I quickly realized that this was a groundbreaking platform and was thrilled about switching from Pleo to this dynamic solution. I recently had a conversation with a manager from the Customer Success team who shared that they were not just offering a workaround but a solution with a different partner. It felt like they were involving us in the development of another exciting feature, and we can't wait to be part of that again. I also appreciate the unique features of the software like its robust expense management, reliable card transactions even with sufficient funds, the ability to handle part journeys, seamless integration with most payments in Xero, and remembering the account for regular payments. Given the enthusiasm shown by other customers about contract renewal, I would encourage anyone to share their positive experiences with the FCA and PRA. As an Internal Auditor, I can see they have made many strides in the right direction.

      Wishing to Like Payhawk

I want to appreciate Payhawk, but I'm constantly frustrated by numerous app issues. The auto crop feature often gets it terribly wrong, and attempting to manually re-crop it is extremely tricky. Sometimes, I just have to delete the image and start over, which is very annoying. Moreover, there's no option to edit a price once it's been entered. I mistakenly entered a price in Euros instead of USD, and I can't modify or delete the entry. Despite searching extensively, I couldn't find a way to do it. Pressing the delete button only removes the photo, not the entry. I urge the developers to add the feature to edit or delete an entry.

      Positive Journey with Payhawk

I find the Payhawk platform intuitive and very user-friendly. Their support team is incredibly helpful and quick to respond. I particularly appreciate how Payhawk helps me control expenses and provides a clearer view of them. I can generate and download reports that include all the necessary information. They also assist in integrating my business into the platform, allowing for as many entities as required. However, I think Payhawk could be improved by adding new features. It would be useful to have the option to block cards for certain entities and categories, ensuring they are only used in line with the company's expense policy. Additionally, it would be great to select all the expenses I want to reimburse at once, instead of having to click on each one individually.
