Choosing a health plan can be overwhelming due to the multitude of options available. However, Rippling does an excellent job of presenting each plan side by side, allowing me to compare and make an informed decision. I appreciate their use of progressive disclosure, which prevents me from feeling overwhelmed by numerous questions at once. Instead, questions are posed one at a time, giving me time to process each one before moving on to the next. Overall, my experience with Rippling has been positive, with great design thinking and execution.

I find Rippling to be one of the easiest Employee Portal apps I've ever used. It conveniently combines Payroll, Timekeeping, HR, and Self-serve employment verification in one place. The interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, and I appreciate the alerts for necessary updates on my work devices. I also find it easy to edit my clock in/out time, which is beneficial due to my poor memory and it saves a lot of time for my manager and everyone else.

I absolutely adore Rippling! Both the product and the team are amazing. It's extremely user-friendly and simple to navigate, boasting a multitude of features and capabilities that greatly outshine any other HRIS on the market. At first, it can be slightly overwhelming to learn all the functions, but that's not necessarily a negative, just a lot to absorb initially. We opted for Rippling because it provided us with the comprehensive package we were seeking, and it allowed us the flexibility of using a PEO and then transitioning to administrative services. We moved to Rippling due to the outdated nature of our previous system, its lack of independence and usability, and the challenges we faced when interacting with the staff.

Tasks that I used to neglect, such as initiating employee onboarding or selecting benefits during open enrollment, are no longer delayed with Rippling. The software offers an easily navigable experience that can be done a page at a time, allowing me to save my progress and return later. Both the employee and admin views are easy to navigate and read. Each screen is well-designed, providing a pleasant and seamless experience without being overwhelming. So far, I haven't found anything I dislike about Rippling. I'm very satisfied with it. I switched to Rippling due to a job change, but if it had been up to me, I would have made the switch much earlier.

I use Rippling for various tasks such as requesting time off, managing benefits, handling taxes, and checking my paycheck deductions. I am extremely satisfied with all its features. I find it very easy to navigate and the data is presented clearly and concisely. Most of my queries are easily resolved by simply logging in and searching for the relevant topic. From my perspective as an employee, this is an excellent program. I have no complaints, it's a wonderful tool. The company's decision to switch to Rippling was absolutely the right one.
