After evaluating it, I decided to use this tool because it provides all the features I need in one place, eliminating the need for any additional tools. The software also has an excellent Analytics feature that allows me to gain deep insights and create marketing strategies. However, I found it challenging to create dynamic email templates as there are very few pre-built ones available in the library. I switched to WebEngage because it offers more channels to engage with my audience.
