My overall experience with BrightEdge has been excellent, especially in terms of its interface usability and the search analytics it provides when integrated with Adobe Analytics. I was able to quickly understand the factors affecting our e-commerce website's organic rankings on Google.com and Bing.com. This understanding allowed me to suggest changes to content and internal linking to boost relevant traffic and conversions, thus increasing the site's ROI. With BrightEdge, I could analyze organic search campaigns holistically and compare our optimized landing pages' organic search rankings over time and against competitor sites. The tool also helped me identify high-volume and high-conversion potential keywords to drive higher sales. By optimizing landing page content and keywords for search engines, I was able to enhance our e-commerce's ROI. However, BrightEdge depends on integration with analytics tools like Adobe or Google to reach its full potential. Without proper connections between these tools, BrightEdge can't demonstrate the impact of higher organic rankings for specific search keywords.

I can delegate specific tasks to individuals based on their roles, such as assigning a developer to fix a speed issue or a designer to add a meta description to a page. I can also monitor the progress of assigned tasks and the system automatically marks a task as completed when it's done. The training and certification are unparalleled. My favorite feature is the keyword analysis, which assists me in finding high value, low competition keywords to write about. This has helped us achieve first page presence for some very high value keywords. We've also utilized their assistance to start creating pages with Google Schema and have seen incredible results. The onboarding process is excellent.
