My overall experience with Cash App has been largely positive and I would recommend it to anyone looking to avoid ATM trips to collect money from friends. It's ideal for splitting bills at restaurants or for Uber rides. However, the customer service leaves much to be desired and it's virtually impossible to get someone on the phone. What I value most about this software is its user-friendliness and popularity. Most of my friends, clients, and others use this app daily. My least favorite aspect is the subpar customer service and the fact that it can be easily hacked, potentially locking me out of my own account with no way to recover my funds. I chose Cash App over other options because more of my friends and clients use it, making payments easier to send and receive. I primarily switched to Cash App because more of my friends were using it.

I absolutely love Cash App. It's secure, quick, and incredibly easy to set up. I once had to make a payment in less than a minute and it was so simple to add the recipient. This allowed us to order food from a restaurant before it closed. I've had bad experiences with Venmo, including a time when it held $900 I sent to my girlfriend for three days. She had to call them to complete the transfer. I appreciate how easy it is to send money to new people with Cash App. I also use Zelle, but only because they don't take a portion of the funds. However, Zelle often has issues and can take days to process. Cash App is reliable. I once had a problem changing the debit card linked to the app, but it corrected itself after a few weeks. I chose Cash App because it's more secure and has a simple interface. I initially thought it was a bootleg version of Venmo, but I was wrong.
