      I am absolutely thrilled with my experience with the software company, Blue! I ordered a £49 shoe rack and opted for fast delivery, expecting it within 7 working days. To my surprise, they provided me with a tracking number through Royal Mail, which added an extra layer of assurance. When I clicked on their page, it showed that my package was with Royal Mail. I was so excited that I decided to double-check on the mail site. The tracking number wasn't in use there, but I figured it might just be a minor glitch. It's been 2 months now and the anticipation is still building! I reached out to them via email and they kindly asked me to wait a bit longer. I tried emailing them again, but it seems they've changed their email address. I'm now looking forward to contacting my bank to share this exciting journey with them.       I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Blue's customer service! I'd give it more than five stars if I could! I ordered a hoodie for a Christmas present and it arrived with a unique distressed look on the sleeve and a trendy frayed cuff design. They even provided me with instructions to return it via Royal Mail if I wanted a different style, promising a refund, including the postage. I sent it back on December 22nd and was able to easily track the delivery, which confirmed it was delivered to them on December 27th. Since the 22nd, they've been diligently working on my request, and I appreciate their dedication during the busy holiday season. I love that they have an email-only policy, it's so much more convenient for me. I can't wait to order from here again!
