I absolutely adored everything about Business Hangouts. It resolved my significant problem of communicating with my colleagues and distributors. Whenever I needed to gather everyone, Business Hangouts was my go-to solution. It not only made individual communication effective but also reduced the time I spent instructing everyone. Plus, I didn't have to share my personal cell phone number, which was a huge relief. The only issue we faced was the size of our team when we first started using it. We didn't have enough staff to regularly use the program and justify the cost. However, as our company expanded and we added more users, it has since become entirely profitable for us.

My team and I use this software for screen sharing, video calls, and audio calls, and it meets our needs effectively. We make audio calls via phone and over the internet using a headset. The audio quality is excellent when using a USB headset, and the video quality varies from good to great. However, I find the user interface to be a bit cumbersome, requiring too many mouse clicks to change layouts and access different options. Despite this, no one else on my team seems to have a problem with the user interface.

I discovered that Business Hangouts offers some good features, like the ability to send event invites directly from the dashboard and integration with Google Calendar. However, it's pricier than other options and the setup process is extremely difficult. It requires a Gmail, G+, YouTube account, AdSense Account, Admin Rights on your domain, monetization activated on YouTube, LiveStreaming activated and many other requirements and settings. The onboarding process is either through a dense PDF handbook or setting up a meeting with a representative, which can be hard to arrange. I registered and endured the tough setup process only to discover that the product isn't available in Germany, where I currently reside. They accepted my credit card and billing address without any problems, but it would have been useful if they had informed me about this earlier. They promote a 'free trial, cancel anytime' but there's no clear option to cancel, suspend or delete your account. There's no information about how to cancel your account.
