      I think Capsule is a decent software, but it didn't fulfill the needs of our national charity. It might be perfect for a school or business that needs registration, but its marketing features were not robust enough for us. We used the software for a year before moving to a platform with a better user experience, marketing integration, and automatic tax receipt processing. Capsule's user experience wasn't great and wasn't intuitive for our team. We initially chose Capsule because we had a team member who was familiar with it. After a year, we switched to Keela. I appreciate Capsule's response to our feedback and understand that while it works for some charities, it wasn't the right fit for us.
