Truly Adored My Halo Experience
I've been very happy with my halo, which I purchased 3 years ago. I once needed a repair for a broken clip, even though it was out of warranty. I was pleased with the service as halo collected and returned it. I appreciate that such a service exists, as I'm not aware of any others that do this. I'm delighted that I can continue using my halo for even longer.

Not the Best Fit for Charity CRM Needs
I think Capsule is a decent software, but it didn't fulfill the needs of our national charity. It might be perfect for a school or business that needs registration, but its marketing features were not robust enough for us. We used the software for a year before moving to a platform with a better user experience, marketing integration, and automatic tax receipt processing. Capsule's user experience wasn't great and wasn't intuitive for our team. We initially chose Capsule because we had a team member who was familiar with it. After a year, we switched to Keela. I appreciate Capsule's response to our feedback and understand that while it works for some charities, it wasn't the right fit for us.

What's more, they've introduced this innovative tip policy. It's so convenient - they automatically add $5. to the payment. It's a great way to ensure that the hardworking staff gets their due without me having to remember to tip. All in all, Capsule has been a rollercoaster ride and I'm enjoying every bit of it!
