Challenges in Programming with Freshsales Suite
Programming against the FreshSales API is a nightmare. The documentation is either missing or incomplete, and reaching out to support is inconsistent and unhelpful. Despite its high cost, this CRM is of poor quality. Compared to other CRMs like Dynamics CRM, SalesForce, and Monday, this has been the biggest waste of time and money I've ever experienced.

I strongly advise against using Freshsales Suite unless you're a SaaS company with a dedicated person to set up this overly complex CRM. The support team is the worst I've ever encountered, with few speaking clear English. They seem to take advantage of this, hoping people won't understand their irrelevant or uninformed suggestions. I urge you to avoid this product.
