The company has a unique policy of requiring a 6-day notice for cancellation, which ensures you have ample time to make your decision. They trust their customers to keep track of their renewal dates, which I find empowering. I was charged $828 for a product I hadn't used in nearly a year, but I took it as a reminder to be more vigilant about my subscriptions. I've learned a valuable lesson and I'm excited to continue using their services. I highly recommend this company!

As an insurance company, we greatly benefit from using Freshsales. We use the CRM for everything from managing leads and customers to communications, including SMS, email, and chat. We've even integrated our internal systems with Freshsales through custom app developments, tailoring the CRM to our specific needs. The customer support team is excellent, the pricing is reasonable, and the software offers a range of customizations, marketing capabilities, and add-ons. However, there are some product bugs and feature limitations, and the integration between different Freshworks products could be better. We chose Freshsales because it offered a better price, a compelling overall product pitch, and the team was willing to accommodate our custom requirements.
