User-Friendly with Exceptional Customer Support
I have been using online board books for over 6 years and switched to OnBoard last year. The transition from hard copy materials to digital has saved significant time and money. However, the switch to OnBoard has made everyone's days more efficient. OnBoard serves as a one-stop shop for my board members, making their service to our organization more professional and my service to them much easier and less time-consuming. The customer service at OnBoard is exceptional, taking every concern and suggestion seriously. The program is user-friendly and quick to implement, allowing users to be set up in minutes. There is a built-in resources section which makes the app an all-in-one portal for users. However, there is a slight lag time in building agendas and I would appreciate more customization in the emails sent, the agenda templates, and table of contents template. I chose OnBoard for its easy to understand annual fee, clear features, and their willingness to expand their offerings based on our needs.

Superior Tool for Streamlined Board Management
My experience with OnBoard has been excellent. The learning curve is short and the feedback from board members has been overwhelmingly positive. They appreciate the ability to find all organizational information in one portal. The ability to manage meetings, documents, and communication through a single portal is one of OnBoard's strongest features. The biggest challenge has been getting the board to adopt the system. Some members were initially intimidated by its cloud-based nature, but even the most reluctant have found it easy to use.

When searching for Board portal software, I wanted something easy to manage, user-friendly, and cost-effective. OnBoard met these criteria and has not disappointed. Its training and resource materials are excellent, and the tech support is prompt and responsive. My Board members appreciate the software's portability, as they can access their Board materials on any device. Choosing OnBoard was the best decision I could have made.

OnBoard: Outstanding Board Portal Software
I find OnBoard extremely easy to use for our board meetings, even for those who aren't tech-savvy. It saves us a lot of time and paper, and our board members are very supportive of it. OnBoard's support team is excellent and the software is very helpful in reducing paper waste and facilitating online meetings. I'm grateful we had this in place when COVID-19 hit, as it allowed us to conduct our governance business easily and quickly. I've had no issues with OnBoard and would highly recommend it.

The site is easy to navigate with an intuitive dashboard, a handy calendar, and resource features that keep information easily accessible. I can access the portal from any device, which is extremely useful when I'm on the go. The customer service is excellent, with quick responses to any inquiries. OnBoard also offers free monthly webinars featuring product updates, tips, and tricks from super users, and informational sessions on various topics. OnBoard has become an integral part of planning, preparing, and developing our board meetings.

As a user and administrator, I find the OnBoard Management Software user-friendly. It enables us to create meeting agendas and attach relevant documents. It also has a feature for archiving documents. We can distribute surveys, vote via the portal, and digitally sign documents. The pricing is fair and the customer service is commendable.
