Superior CRM Solution for Educational Institutions
ActiveCampaign is a tool that I find easy to learn and use for email campaigns, thanks to its large template database and straightforward contact segmentation. My team and I use it for sales and for maintaining email contact with our clients or students, keeping them informed about changes and offers. It provides excellent contact segmentation, enabling us to send the right email to the right customers at the right time. However, its recent price increase puts it in competition with alternatives like Hubspot, so we need to make sure we're fully utilizing all its features to justify the cost. I also feel that the dashboard could be more versatile to cater to specific needs. We switched to ActiveCampaign because it served as a better all-in-one CRM for our team.
