I've had a positive experience with Clearpoint Strategy. I've found their support teams to be excellent and I feel that the company genuinely cares about my success with their software. I value their commitment to quality and appreciate that they've provided my organization with a solution for managing our strategic plan across various industries. The setup and customization options are crucial for flexibility in creating what works best for us. However, I would like to see enhancements in the summary report functionality and export options that maintain sorts and condense spacing to minimize the number of pages in a briefing book or summary report. I would also appreciate better workload and capacity management options for owners and their assigned initiatives. At the moment, it's a manual count line by line to ensure we have proper workload management. We selected ClearPoint Strategy after having demos with multiple product solutions in our RFP Process. We even went through multiple RFPs and custom built power bi reporting before we discovered Clearpoint.

Excellent Overall Experience!
I find ClearPoint Strategy software to be user-friendly and appreciate its variety of custom layouts and fields beneficial for my organization. The customer support is excellent, but the setup process is time-consuming and could use more support. There are a few minor features missing that could improve its usefulness for my organization, like more flexible reports, detailed permission-granting, and the ability to add run charts. I chose ClearPoint Strategy for its automation features, including automated reports, data collection, and objective evaluation.

Clearpoint allows me to consistently monitor our progress towards our strategies and goals, track project progress, and ensure we're using our resources effectively. It enables me to easily construct a balanced scorecard and align our measures to the right goals and initiatives. I can set suitable thresholds for our measures and automatically set a visual status of progress, which can be consolidated to track overall progress towards goals. This can be done effortlessly by automatically loading data from various sources, such as Excel files or a SQL compliant ODBC data source. Clearpoint provides informative dashboards and reports that illustrate the alignment of initiatives, measures, and goals, while also giving a clear visual indication of progress through charts and graphs. The support team is one of the best I've ever worked with, being very knowledgeable and responsive. I've been using Clearpoint for several years and it does exactly what it's supposed to do, with continuous improvements being made to the product.

We've been transferring more data to the platform, enhancing transparency and simplifying data sharing. The user base is steadily growing. The main advantages are its user-friendliness and customizable reports. The customer service is also outstanding, being highly responsive and focused on solutions. However, despite the ability to generate almost any type of report, the visual design of these reports is largely unalterable. We switched to ClearPoint Strategy due to the lack of report customization and user-friendliness in our previous software.

Aside from a few minor customization issues, I've found ClearPoint to be incredibly beneficial for both myself and my company. The support we receive from the staff is unparalleled, always ready to assist with any queries and even offering valuable feedback on how we can streamline the process. The software has significantly improved our time management in terms of collecting and reporting KPIs. Once we roll it out to other plants, it will save us countless hours and facilitate the communication of key data between plants. I do wish there were more customization options for creating graphs and reports. I chose ClearPoint Strategy because I had previously used it at another company and had a great experience. Since I was already familiar with how to manage the software, it made implementation a breeze.
