Exploring the Features and Navigating Challenges with Honeybook
I'm really getting to know the ins and outs of Honeybook! While it's true that I've had a few hiccups along the way, I'm confident that their email support will help me navigate through them. I've noticed that my payment transfers take a bit longer than expected, but it's a small price to pay for the convenience of having everything in one place. Plus, I had a minor mix-up with a Proposal presentation I sent to a client, but it's given me the opportunity to double-check my work and ensure everything is perfect. I'm excited to continue exploring all the features Honeybook has to offer!

Essential Tool for Busy Event Professionals
I am extremely satisfied with HoneyBook's customer service as they respond quickly and help with any issues. The software automates my payments and collections, and the app allows me to review customer contracts without a computer. However, the software currently lacks a scheduling feature, although I've heard they are working on it. I appreciate the option to add an employee without them seeing the contract, just the logistics. I chose HoneyBook as I was an early user and they guided me through the process. At that time, there were not many alternatives. The vendor responded positively and mentioned upcoming features, which I am excited about.

An Excellent Tool for Budding Enterprises
I value Honeybook for its flexible pricing, particularly for those using a different checkout option or just starting out. I'm surprised more platforms don't provide this option for beginners. Since I started using Honeybook, they've consistently improved the software, even adding a fantastic feature to streamline the customer journey. However, I hope they will allow us to fully customize our project pipeline in the future, as not everyone follows the same process and there are default elements I can't remove. I also wish there was a simpler way to direct someone to the item sale page, instead of taking them through a pipeline, as we all get leads differently and I'd like to skip a step for some people. I switched to HoneyBook because it offers more features beyond just calendar booking and payments.

Switched from Dubsado to Honeybook and Adore It!
I transitioned from using Dubsado to Honeybook and I absolutely love it! I used Dubsado as my CRM for years but decided to switch because Honeybook's automations are superior and less confusing than Dubsado's workflows. This confusion had previously led me to operate everything manually.
