Lemon Learning has been an excellent partner for onboarding and in-app communications after user log-ins. With just an extension or a line of code, I can use the solution on any application. However, it's not yet possible to conduct behavioral analysis in the back office.

I had a highly positive experience with Lemon Learning. It's an interactive tool that's extremely user-friendly. I particularly appreciated the push feature that enables interaction with our end users. Initially, it lacked an integrated search engine, but they've since incorporated one which greatly aids in locating specific content. The vendor responded to my review in November 2019, expressing their appreciation.

The implementation of Lemon Learning was swift and the tool is user-friendly for both users and administrators. I appreciate the push system that enables a pop-up to be sent to a user category in under a minute, the informative systems like tooltips and launchers that can be shown on specific pages, and the manual publication system by administrators without any delivery delay. The Lemon Learning team is accessible and efficient. However, I would appreciate an overlay with AI.
