I've used LogRocket at my previous company, Sworkit, and now at my new startup, Table Needs. I view it as an essential tool for any web-based product business. LogRocket is a vital part of our operations, as we review it each morning to collect data about the previous night's service across our user base. It often identifies issues that users don't report. There are some problems with the Ionic framework on iOS, which I think is more of a Safari issue than a LogRocket one. However, both LogRocket and Ionic are aware of this and I'm hopeful that a solution will be implemented soon.

The first time my team and I used LogRocket, we were impressed and bought it right away. It's fantastic to see in real-time how users interact with our platform and fix bugs. It's very simple to set up, navigate, and watch user recordings. While I'm aware of features like advanced statistics and insights, we haven't used them yet as we don't currently need them. It would be great to try these features for free. We primarily chose LogRocket for its ease of use.

Value for Money: LogRocket Outperforms Competitors at a Fraction of the Cost
I was initially looking for a simple monitoring solution and found setting up LogRocket to be very easy and straightforward. The documentation for integrating it with different frameworks was extremely helpful. It also offers integration with services like Sentry, which is invaluable in our industry where we often don't have both a test and production environment. I didn't find much to dislike about LogRocket. I chose it over Yandex Replay, a free software, due to concerns about potential data leaks from our customers because of the clauses associated with free software. I switched to LogRocket from FullStory mainly because of the cost. Both services essentially provide the same service, but LogRocket offers much more for a fraction of FullStory's price.
