      Decent but Disappointing: Loomly Experience

      My experience with Loomly has been extremely disappointing. I've found their customer support to be practically non-existent, and when I do manage to contact someone, I either get generic responses or no response at all. I've lost my analytics data multiple times with no way to recover it, except through the original social app's insights. However, this doesn't work with Instagram, so that data is permanently lost. They don't offer refunds on yearly plans, even if they don't fulfill their promises. This has been my worst experience with a social posting app. While Loomly does provide a visual calendar for current and upcoming posts, and allows for multi-team use, these features come at an additional cost. They also have a library for storing assets, but they don't provide any tools for running ads. Loomly can erase your analytics data at any time, so I have to manually record or print them before they're lost. They don't support posting to Instagram or YouTube.

I'm also a fan of the collaborators feature and the idea storage library. However, Loomly currently lacks the ability to post directly to Instagram, but I'm aware they're working on this. I chose Loomly for its client functionalities, white-labeling options, customer support, post ideas, library, and overall posting experience. I made the switch because my previous platform lacked the functionalities I needed. The CEO of Loomly personally responded to my review, confirming that they're working on Instagram direct publishing and offering further assistance.

Our Marketing Manager loves it as it saves her from having to switch between different social media accounts. I find the calendar view feature especially useful. I was impressed by the customer service, both during the initial onboarding and when I had a question about my account. The chat response was very quick. This is the first social media organizing software that I find intuitive. I enjoy using it and appreciate the multiple views, the ability to connect various social media platforms, and the option to customize and schedule each post. However, the Instagram integration isn't perfect yet, as we have to manually publish some posts, which can be frustrating. But they are working on improving this. I switched to Loomly mainly because of its user-friendly interface and excellent customer service. The CEO of Loomly responded to my review, confirming that they are working on the Instagram issue and offering further assistance.
