      Buffer Lacks Dependability

The core features of Buffer are unreliable. Although it works well in theory, the main reason I use Buffer is for scheduling, which does not function properly. Posts often fail to post without any clear reason, so frequently that it makes me question the purpose of using Buffer. I still have to manually post ad hoc when a post fails, which does not save me much time and causes weekly internal frustration because I have to quickly manually upload it from home. I use Buffer for two businesses with multiple platforms attached. Issues occur with both and on different platforms (Instagram, FB, Linkedin). The support is useless. They just blame the platform and ask me to repost it. My colleagues and I have reported the failed posts dozens of times, to no avail. The repost feature fails as well. I can schedule a repost with one click, but it often fails. The images somehow get deloaded, and I have to manually re-upload them.

Superb Solution for Streamlining Social Media Tasks

Buffer is an excellent tool for managing various social networks, enabling post scheduling and engagement tracking. It successfully removes the need for repetitive tasks across different platforms. However, I had to quit using it due to the appearance of other, more cost-effective tools in the market. Despite this, I would still endorse Buffer for its outstanding performance. One of the primary reasons I transitioned to Buffer was its simplicity and pricing.

      Tips for New Buffer Users

As a new customer, I found out that Buffer charges for a full year of publish and analyze, even if you think you've switched to a monthly plan. This is the only subscription I've encountered that automatically enrolls you onto a yearly plan, which I find quite shady. My recommendation for Buffer is to not auto-enroll trial users onto the yearly plan and not auto-subscribe them to the analyze plan. Most people, like me, just want the publishing plan and may forget to cancel analyze as they never signed up for it.

Buffer: Not Worth the Investment, Except for the Free Version

We used to utilize Buffer before transitioning to Meta Business Suite because of its superior reliability for scheduling and publishing content. However, we kept using Buffer for its excellent analytics, which our clients valued, until we found Cloud Campaign. The best feature of Buffer was its analytics reporting, which we often used for our client reports. The negatives included frequent pricing changes and lack of support.

      Just Checked Out Buffer Reviews

I recently saw the reviews of Buffer on and unfortunately, I had already paid for the subscription. The product is broken and I regret being harsh. I didn't use the product for a year and when I requested a refund, they refused. The product and customer support are poor. I would advise against using Buffer unless you're willing to spend a lot of time setting it up and having a bad experience. Good luck and goodbye Buffer.

User-friendly and Crucial for Business Success

Buffer is a cost-effective social media scheduling and tracking platform that I find extremely useful. I love how easy it is to link all my different social media accounts and schedule my posts ahead of time. It even lets me post to all my accounts at once. I find the browser extension especially useful as it allows me to buffer an image, website, or page instantly. I also use their smartphone app, which offers all the tools I need for just about $8 a month. I value the analytics and tracking information it provides for my posts, as well as the ability to republish old posts. I enjoy being able to see all the comments on my posts and respond directly from Buffer. Both the web browser extension and the smartphone app are fantastic and user-friendly. The free version is also packed with features. If you don't have many social accounts, the free version works perfectly. It lets me track the engagement and analytics of my posts, and even interact with my posts directly from the website or app!

Buffer: The Top Social Media Scheduling Tool I've Experienced

As a social media manager, I find Buffer to be the best social media app/service I've ever used, despite seeing many negative reviews. It excels at scheduling and publishing content consistently and reliably across various social media platforms for my clients. The customer support is top-notch, with quick responses and thorough investigations into any issues. Occasionally, I encounter problems where a post doesn't publish, but this is to be expected given the ever-changing nature of social media platforms. As of January 224, I find the service to be very reliable and functioning as expected. I've been a paying customer for about 3 years.

Thriving in Digital Marketing with Buffer: An Insider's Perspective

My overall experience with Buffer has been extremely positive and rewarding. It has proven to be an indispensable tool for my team's daily tasks and has been key in maintaining a consistent brand image across our various social media platforms. As a digital marketer, I've explored various social media tools, and Buffer stands out for several reasons. I especially value its comprehensive suite of features designed for effective social media management. It has become a crucial part of my digital marketing toolkit, helping my team and I streamline processes and implement effective social media strategies for our B2C company. However, I think there's room for improvement in one area. While Buffer's analytics provide valuable insights into post performance, they may lack some of the more advanced or in-depth features found in specialized analytics tools. For marketers seeking highly detailed or granular data, like myself, Buffer's analytics may feel somewhat limited.
