Underwhelmed and Somewhat Let Down
I picked Sendible based on recommendations and reviews, but was let down when the trial period was shortened from 30 days to 2 weeks. I initially liked the Android app and its features, like Canva integration, planning calendars, and Instagram post scheduling. However, the app stopped functioning on the first day and I received no help. My email request for assistance was answered after two days, stating that trial users don't get help. Also, the pricing plan I was considering changed, offering fewer features for less money. A representative reached out to me with alternatives, but I haven't heard back in a week. I'm giving one star for their attitude and one for my overall experience. Despite the user-friendly interface, pricing plan, calendar, Canva integration, and Instagram features, I'm probably going to choose another product due to the lack of support and changes in plans and features.

I appreciate that Sendible doesn't limit you to certain platforms based on your budget, which is especially beneficial for small businesses or public schools like mine with limited funds. With Sendible, I can post on my preferred social networks and access various tools to measure the success of my efforts. However, I think it would be helpful to be able to archive and reuse posts, like job listings, as we often have recurring positions. I'd love to be able to select a template or repost an old position from my archives. Also, I wish I could access our Media folder to remove duplicates, as it takes me a lot of time to find one.

I use it on my main platforms and have only needed to reach out to customer service once in the past year, which is a definite advantage. I haven't fully utilized all of its features yet, but I plan to do so soon. Sendible is straightforward and manageable, offering a range of widgets for customization. I appreciate the alerts and weekly emails about news, updates, and webinars that provide insights into using the software and SEO. However, Sendible does have some downsides. It doesn't learn quickly and some notifications persistently refuse to disappear. LinkedIn requires re-login through Sendible every 60-90 days, which is inconvenient and sometimes forgotten, affecting my schedule. The metrics could be more specific and personalized, and the webinars can be repetitive.
