      I picked Sendible based on recommendations and reviews, but was let down when the trial period was shortened from 30 days to 2 weeks. I initially liked the Android app and its features, like Canva integration, planning calendars, and Instagram post scheduling. However, the app stopped functioning on the first day and I received no help. My email request for assistance was answered after two days, stating that trial users don't get help. Also, the pricing plan I was considering changed, offering fewer features for less money. A representative reached out to me with alternatives, but I haven't heard back in a week. I'm giving one star for their attitude and one for my overall experience. Despite the user-friendly interface, pricing plan, calendar, Canva integration, and Instagram features, I'm probably going to choose another product due to the lack of support and changes in plans and features.
